Q: Want to punish husband and the person with whom he is having affair

From 6 months my husband is having an affair we are having argument daily on this topic. But he always denies and says that it's all in ur mind but when I did some research in his phone I can see he used text him and they have also met many times in my absence. And all of his friends knew that he is having a gf who is also a married woman and has 2 kids I too have 2 kids and all this months he has tortured me very heavily through his words and even by beating me and he is so Cruel that he beat his own child. He always gets angry whenever I ask him about that lady.can u tell me how to punish my husband and that lady?

Q: Is it possible to get divorce if husband is jobless and alcoholoc?

my husband is jobless since last 4 years, he is drunk 24/7 and harrash children and me mentally and ise abusive words.is it possible to get divorce in such casewe tried to run away from him 2 time amd this time he found us earlier we came home to leave with him but he wasn't changed at all, we even filed NOC in near by police station but they said its family matter solve it with each other, is it still possible to get divorce??I am Hindu.

Q: Husband and wife seperated for few years what are reasons for divorce

Me and my husband both are seperated from last few years. We are from pune . somehow i got job in Mumbai in 2018 and from that time we are seperated. Husband never came to meet me. no contact no messages.he not even talk about divorce.is this mental cruelty?Can i file divorce on this basis? what ae possible reason for divorce on this? is it contested divorce? i am living with daughter how to claim maintenance in this case?
