Advocate Kushal Mor answered
Hi,You should definitely try and quash the FIR. I cannot comment on the merits of your particular matter but from what you have stated, it can be a good case. Please remember that once the charge sheet is filed, the HC will generally not entertain a Petition for quashing. So do it when only the FIR is there.

Q: Is any limit on Number of Cheques to be considered in one Notice?

My builder has issued cheques of 20 lakhs in 20 instruments, all of different dates (within 30 days). Now all cheques are bounced due to stop payment. Can i issue notice of all 20 bounced cheques in one notice or i have to issue different notice for all ??

Advocate Kushal Mor answered
If the date on which the last cheque is returned unpaid, is within 30 days of the date of return of the first cheque, you can send a single notice for all 20 cheques. If not, maybe you need to send at the max 2 notices, not more.

Q: Can I travel outside the country while on bail on tourist visa

I got a bail from session court under that condition need permission to visit out of india. Our family is travelling to Abu Dhabi for 4days on tourist visa we have return ticket. Chrgesheet is not yet filled. I am out on bail from 5 months.will be any problem if we of without taking persmission we rec'd visa also. It is purely on tourist visa not on employment.

Advocate Kushal Mor answered
You cannot travel without taking permission of the court whether for tourism or otherwise. If you do so, same will be a violation of your bail condition and police can move for cancellation of your bail. The court generally gives permission to travel so might as well apply and travel post due permission.

Q: Resident of Bombay sexually harassed in gujrat where to file complaint

I worked in a NGO in Gujarat. I am fm bombay. I was sexually harrassed at workplace & unlawfully terminated. Is it better to file case from Gujarat or from Bombay? Can I file case from Bombay. What will be better for me?

Technically you can file a case from anywhere. However even if you file a case here in Bombay it will be transferred to wherever your workplace was. It would be easier to file here and have it transferred.
