Supplier lodged false case and demanding money after full payment

we are an autonomous engineering educatioal institute at dwarahat (Almora),Uttarakhand. we made a purchase from a firm in ambala. the full payment is made. still the firm has filed a case in ambala. the purchase terms dictate that the dispute shall only be settled in the Almora district. still the case is lodged in ambala. we need a lawyer who can persue the case on our behalf at a suitable cost.

Copy of Agreement is required to study the terms of agreement and the party who initiated the agreement at the earliest, failing which the case may be decided ex - party involving further complications.

That in absence of full particulars of case viz. nature of contract, goods purchased and full proof of the payments and mode thereof, & how the jurisdiction of courts stood excluded etc it is difficult to give any appropriate legal advise. So pls supply full facts so it might be challenged even b4 high court at Chd...
