Specific performance of Contract. I have some doubts on them. Help.

I surrendered my tenancy and handed over the possession to him with 2lacs rs via an agreement where he promised me ownership flat in a building he is constructing.the cost of tegistration is to be beared by us in proportions.he has even handed over the possession of the flat to me.but now he wants me to sacrifice some facilities of my common passage and outer wall of my flat.or else he is denying me the registration.can i sue him for specific performance or what else can i do?

Yes it can be done you can file a case mentioning that he is not performing a specific performance which he agreed to. But Mr. It will make a dent in your pocket legally and will be time consuming,as you already are in the possession of the said flat what we can do is send an advocate's notice to him to do the needful maybe he will be pressurized and after the notice will take a different stand and will be willing to do the needful, without curbing your rights. Need to go through your agreement first before finally advising you. If the agreement contains certain things as you mentioned in your query then you can definitely file a suit against him for specific performance of contract.
