Senior citizen challenging lower court over DC decision

Please clarify if lower court has issued stay order/status to me maintain and I get orders from dc under senior citizen law to evict the person from my property Which decision will stand. Dc or lower court? I have also challenged the lower court decision in session court. Kindly advice.
What do you mean by DC,if it is district court and lower court because jurisdiction and applicability of order depends upon that and also while granting the order court have knowledge of other order and count must have mentioned the same so before giving any advice it is important to go through the both orders

2.If lower court has given the order after consideration of DC order, than you can understand that the trial court order follows
