28-Dec-2023 (In Civil Law)
I have taken a firm decision of filing PIL against corruption done by Irrigation department and Pune municipal corporation. I have started drafting. And i don't want to engage lawyer because i can not afford fees for that. I have all papers and laws to prove my points and allegations. I want detailed guidance. like A Court fee of RS. 50, per respondent has to be affixed. So, Can anyone guide me on procedure for filing PIL in Bombay H.C.???????

I don't understand... ppl can dine in on star Restaurants and and post on social media, people can spend money on booze and women, people can spend on doctors and hospitals on smartphones that are ridiculously priced to smart TVs which are absolute useless however when it comes to changing something like a social revolution via a PIL or for that matter anything legal in nature services are expected for free and then services are expected in a derogatory manner stating lawyers cannot be afforded. My friend hire a fresher in case u are not able to find one, let me know so I can provide you with one. However for PIL or any legal matter that shows up on Lawrato with persistent clients looking for legal intelligence for free with minimal information shared I hope not to provide services in such a shabby manner and be a good humanitarian by first killing myself of hunger or for that any one associated with this profession to pure bread and butter. I hope you are able to beat corruption by first being one by asking for free legal services which are hard earned over a period of hard work and dedication.
