Person demanding more money what to do

My family member borrowed 5 lakhs from a person, the man charged 20 percent interest . Also asked him to put money in lottery. Already given him 23 lakhs but he still demands more money. He took our car without any agreement as well.
There are some important factors should be in notice. 1. agreement between both the parties. 2. amount given receipts. 3. any complaint or FIR if lounged to Police. You may suit a case for this matter but required a complete documents for study and further suggestions.

This is crime what he has done and what he is doing you need to go to police station and lodge FIR against this person with all documents (copy of documents) you go to police and keep one copy with you also send a copy to district superintendent of police (SP) of the same and if your FIR is not registered /lodged contact to your advocate you will surely get relief.
