Hi, offcourse you can claim for your child maintenance. Divorce is just a decree to live independent with having marrital right. here I also want to say you can also claim for your maintenance. so there is no relation between alimony from your husband and divorce. your husband have to pay such amount to you for your and your child's maintenance.
