Q: Is working wife liable to pay alimony if husband is unemployed india
My father died in 1998 and that on window basis my mother got job of government teacher in 1999 but in 2005 my mother married a person now he wants divorce and he is unemployed and my mother is still doing her job ,is there any chance of losing her job or she has to pay her second husband alimony if husband is unemployed at the time of divorce?

No dear, nothing to worry about. No problem in Job and not required to pay any type of alimony. your mother have right to continue her job without any fear and there is no any provision that a wife give alimony to her husband due to her job and his unemployment. So be relax. If you or your mother get any frighten call or words from him than can make a police complaint against him.

Yes husband can take divorce on this ground. Either man or woman is dose not response on their sexual relation then can file for divorce. the frequency of sex cannot be the only parameter to assess the success or failure of a marriage as it differs from couple to couple as to how much importance they attach to the sexual relationship vis-a-vis the emotional attachment.There may be cases where one partner may be overtly sexual and the other may not have the desire to the same level, but otherwise is fully potent, the court observed. The high court said in matrimonial cases, more often than not it is a challenging task to ascertain as to which party is telling the truth as usually it is the oral evidence of one party against that of the other. What happens within the bedroom is either known to the couple themselves or at the most to the members of the family.

I am working in the Central Armed Police Force (CAPF). I completed my B.Ed. without taking permission from my department. Later, I got selected for a teacher's job, and once I received the appointment letter, I resigned from CAPF, saying that I could not continue the service for a long time.
Now, I want to know – can I do a regular course with a government job without taking permission from the department?

Hello,Regards.This is a common problem in online transaction. You have to make a complaint in app's customer care center and also make a written complaint to your bank for such transaction. if still they dose not give any response than a legal notice should be issue against the bank as well as the app company.
