Land grabing in the name of temple on the municipal road

Some people trying for land grabing on the name of temple on the municipal road beside my house where the court already issued directions to construct the road, but municipal officials stopped the road construction in middle and planed to divert the road to one side to help the land grabbers.

Land cannot be grabbed for any religious institution and as you say that their is court order also in this context . You can approach the Municipal commissioner and give a representation and even he does not take action then you can file a Writ Petition before the Honble High Court .

if there are already court orders, then you should file a case of contempt in high court against municipal officials for not obeying court orders.
A contempt petition filed under section 20 in the high court will ensure positive result for your problem.

You should approach the High Court by filing writ petition for seeking directions on Municipal Corporation to get the road laid in the proper direction by not deviating from original by filing your court order by filing a Writ Petition on Municipal Corporation.
