I am working as a temporary lecture in Government Ayurveda college. Government issued GR regularizing temporary lectures in my institution having experience and date of joining like me. But rejected my claim saying that we will fill your post by public service commission. Please guide
You have to invoke writ jurisdiction of high court seeking stay on filling up post in your college and further relief in terms of appointment to the said post as per the government gazzete where by you deserve to be appointed to the post lying vacant.
