How to stop a soap factory from operating in a residential area

Respected sir in the adjacent of my residential building my neighbor starting to soap factory. It will be very difficult to me at stay hear due to Smoke poluation.
yes , you can stop him from operating the production of soap in the area nearby to you, but prior to that few things are to be made out like what is area of residence etc. and more important consult some lawyer for relief ..
