448 294 323 354 34 these sections are mentioned against me but the case is still pending in court,I have not received summon by court after so many hearing.The opponent party are not contesting on hearing.Will it be a problem to my Government Job Police Verification?

u are ought a recieve a summon.yes police verification may negate your job prospects and visa application.proceed to quash the case at the earliest as that may help eliminate ur name as accused from the case

Q: How to Vacant temporary injuction on plot of land

I want to sell my property which is my name and possession since more then 40 years . My neighbour has brought temporary injuction against its sell and has filed title suit also on the ground that his land is being encroached by me. No notice was issued to me before granting injunction. The clear moto is to grab money from me. Don't the provisions of law of limitations apply in this case? How should I proceed in trial court from getting injuction waved? If waived, can I dispose off my prpendency

it's highly improbable to grant injunction without serving a notice Unless the court prima facie find facts of encroachment from your end.u may proceed to vacate the order but the TS will remain untill a conclusion is drawn by court.u may have to defend your side to establish that the plaintiff has filed a false case. untill then it will be difficult to actuate the sale.

you may file for quashing of these sections. if allowed the case against you will no longer exists.for govt jobs u have to fill up the form wherein u will have to disclose the particular of the case. n it's the discretion of the recruiters to decide.

Q: Cheque bounce after property registration

After signing the Land Sale Deed the cheques dated 21/10/16 and 21/11/16 bounced. What should I do now in order to get back my money? Can a sale deed be cancelled due to a cheque bounce?

To recover the money u can file a case under negotiable instrument act. If he has intentionally defraded u at the time of giving u the cheque that also calls for a cheating case. Serve a legal notice first before the time expired.

Q: Clarification on acquisition of property by government

I have 3 storeys building in roadside under construction ,now government want to acquire my our property for road development without any compensations . Government officials are saying its in reservation. So what can we do. Please help me, i put all my family's money into this.

if u have constructed on govt land they will acquire it nehow. but if the land is a pvt property u ll get compensation at any cost. if your right get infringed u may initiate proceedings against govt. i need a detailed view on this. get back to me soon
