How to recover my property ?

Dear Sir Now i am saying my subject clearly On 2012 my sister has married already married man.They have abscond from that date we couldn't find them. They have leading hidden life . Due to situation we didn't do any police complaint . Due to that incident my father has passed away in heart attack with in few months. Me and my mom suffered a lot and we have settled all the loans And last month they used to contact my grand parents and asking share in our property(Home). It is in my fathers name . Their intention is to giving trouble to me and my mother. We are ready to give settlement but they are demanding more value from us. That's why i am planing to corner them. due to our prestige issue to recover my property. We are in pressure . My query is ... Is there any loop hole to recover my property. Or Otherwise i need to make them panic and i need to solve the issue. They are leading illegal relationship.. Even though we couldn't do anything. And at present they are having
Bigamy is the crime where action would be initiated when the complaint is filed by the affected party, that is, the affected spouse. So you cannot file any complaint against your sister against this issue. If you really want to give her some settlement try to do through your family elders and convince her to accept and get the release deed signed by her.

As per Hindu succession act 2005 both daughters and son are equally to step into shoes of his father with regard to his property when the male hindu died intestate I.e. without making of will.but children both include legitimate or illegitimate are equally accorded status
