Dear friend, you are need to apply for sartified copy for order if he rejected same then you take rejection of application and challange it to hon'able high court, you'r not mentioned that what proceeding the SDM lies against you, so get better information please mention your problem completely .

As per your version it's gross violation of the law ,how could SDM pass an order if the case is still pending and even the date has been fixed ,this order of SDM is illegal and could be challenged in the Court ,surely you will get relief as such order is perverse and against law of justice .
