Father died in railway accident, can we be put in jail if not proved

Mere pitaji ki dead ek rail accident me ho gyi .. Jispe humne railway claim kiya..agar hum log ye proof Na kr PAYE ki humari pitaji ki dead railway se hui.. To kya hum logo PE jhoote claim krne ke liye koi case humpe ho skta hai?

Its not like that as you have narrated. But generally the Court considers this point and in most of the cases Court can either decide in your favour or not. But such things generally do not happen as the Court are very lenient on these points. So don't worry and wait for the final decision.

hamne apki query dyan se pdhi , aapke pitaji ka railway accident hua tha, jisse apke pitaji ki death ho gyi thi , kya aap bata sakte hai kis trah se death hui thi unki , ap cliam krna chate hai to mai aap ko bta do ki court har chij ka proof magti hai ydi apke pitaji railway se deathi kese hui thi sari deatails aapke pas honi chaiye , ticket ya tab hi aap cliam kar skte hai aur ydi shai karan hoga to aapko jrur madad milegi lekin asa kuch ni hai aap pe ulta case kiya jayega

Your father died in railway accident and you must be having a proof and you have to file that proof as evidence in court, but if you are making a fake case you can be charged but mostly in India no such proceedings are initiated although the court can award cost against the fake case if it founds
