Hello Madam, you need not to worry. The property purchased in your name and stands in your name. Now the laon also abtained and you are also stand as co borrower and paying the EMI from your rental income. So nobody can question about your ownership in the property.

If your husband is the Applicant in the Home Loan then surely your husband's name will be mentioned in the property. So the property is jointly owned by you & your husband. In case something happens to your husband, his share will be equally divided among his Mother, his wife and his children. So your Mother-in-law will get a portion of the half share in the property. But you will be having 50% share in the property plus a share in half share of your husband. Presently you need not worry because no one can take your 50% share in the property including your husband. For further details contact me

As you and your husband bought it jointly you are a joint owner with your husband with respect that property. Chances of Other people claiming the right over the property is very remote. Even if they are claiming they can not substantiate it. In case of any contingency happen to your husband. The Undivided share of 50% will be shared according to the ratio laid down by your personal law of devolution of property.
