Hi! The owner of terrace has started construction work on terrace without NOC of ground floor owner.Is this tenable? What should be done when repeated efforts to get MCD to stop construction etc have borne no fruits. how to stop him?
You should file a writ petition before the Delhi High Court asking the MCD to stop construction on the terrace or alterntively you can prefer a suit for injunction in the district court against the owner.
