bf in house arrest of his parents how to proceed legally habeas corpus

Respected Sir, my friend's boyfriend is house arrested by his parents. my friend couldn't meet him for the past 2 months. this month starting he contacted her and promised her to meet by this month end. but he didn't come. my friend was carrying for 4 months and aborted. both love each other. but the guys parents are doing emotional blackmail and opposing the love. He is kannadiga. my friend is Tamilian. and he is three years younger to my friend. my friend want to meet her boyfriend who promised her to marry her. actually they are already married. but didn't register. so its not legally applicable. she has the messages and recordings in which boy talking about their marriage. As of now, no updates from him. can she file habeas corpus to meet him ?

If the boy is of legally marriageable age of 21 years, and the girl is above 18, they can marry. If they are already married, validity of the marriage depends on the kind of marriage they went through. Anyway, she can file hebeas Corpus.

If she is legally married then she can file for habeus corpus petition before the High court.

Also file for the abduction case against the persons who are keeping him in confinement before the jurisdictional police station.
