Action to be taken if Dump yard next to school causing health hazard

School next to garbage dumpyard which bringing down the strength of students which was 950+ to 150+ also causing health hazard for both students and the working staff the pungent stink is so unbearable making even petty shops close their business on this stretch.
You can give the Representation to the Corporation Commissioner for causing health hazards to the Students & neighbors. If it is possible to coordinate with local people for Representation.
If they are not taken any steps to resolve, you have right to approach as Writ Petition or public interest Litigation.
