How to file case against cheque bounce

I am one of Director who has signed the cheque. One investor (In has deposited security cheque of 500000/- signed by two signatory directors( Me and another). Cheque is bounced because company operation was shut down six month before and company has no funds. He was informed BY LAWYER NOTICE for not to deposit this security cheque. He invested money for equity and to become director in Co. Can He file case against two directors ? what are the chences for our positive results.
Case can be filed by him. The options for you to approach the Hon'ble High Court and get it stayed and get it quashed. You may take necessary defence in the trial. Your permanent exemption for appearance may be claimed. More in person.

After giving notice through advocate you lodge a copy before jurisdiction police station narrating facts of case not to present it later give paper publication narrating facts in daily news paper cautioning public about it so your cheque will not be misused so don't at once or else you have to face criminal case under section 138 of n. I act. Y r one of directors so take action

he can file case against both the directors. you cant stop him from filing the case against you. if he filed you appear before the court taking all the defense you mentioned in your query contest the matter.

Take a paper publicatiion and try to take present address from bank. If they refuse notice bank for non cooperaration. At any cost you also send notice by RPAD and let covers be returnec witb endorsement. More in persom
