Q: Do I need to register this GPA or is notarised GPA valid ?

Hi I and my mother purchased a property in Bangalore. My mother is travelling to USA and she will not be here at the time of registration. I am getting a GPA from her for signing on her behalf. ? Do I need to register this GPA or just a notary would do ,what is notarized gpa vs registered gpa ?Truly appreciate your response. Regards Skanda

it is better get it registered the GPA with all terms and conditions mentioned in the GPA. Notary General Power of Attorney sometimes is not acceptable and to avoid future problem better to get it registered

Q: Husband wife living separately from 2 years, how to divorce and remarry ?

I have marriage before 3 years my wife living separately for past 2 years I want divorce but her family not get divorce me so what can I do ?? If I live a relationship with someone so its possible ?? How can I get divorce?? How can I do re marriage???, if wife is not staying with husband for more than 2 years , is living separately a ground for divorce ?

After obtaining divorce only you can re marry. since she is separate from 2 years you can approch the court to get decree of divorce on that ground itself. contact us with all details to give proper opinion

Q: How to remove co owner name from property ?

Hi, We brought a land in Bangalore 4 yrs back. Me and My wife is the co-owner of the property. Now, we are finding some differences and decided to remove my name from the property and to make complete ownership to my wife. Can i get some idea before i head back to India and start removing my name from the deed. Please let me know how to remove co owner name from property in india ? I really appreciate your help and quick response.

Hi,U can make the changes executing the release deed in favour of your wife before the jurisdictional sub registrar. If you send your papers I can draft you the deed and u Can suggest any changes and when reach here we can finalise it

Q: How to recover money from Sundry Debtors

I have Business Transaction with the Person. As on today i have certain dues with and he is not willing to pay the amount . how can i recover the amount from him?

you can file recovery suit before the jurisdictional court with all necessary documents(invoices raised, statement of account, purchase order etc) to recover the money. contact with all necessary documents to proceed further

Q: Consequences of not attending to trademark show cause notice

Two years back I filed for Trademark Registration. Trademark Registrar objected to Register my TM. I successfully Replied to his Objection and asking a chance to hear me if not registered. Recently, TM Registrar fixed a hearing(Show Cause Hearing). My Question is; 1. What will happen if I do not attend the hearing? 2. Whether they can take any actions against me for not attending the Show cause hearing?

the trade mark registry will pass the order to dismiss your application for registration of trademark and also sometimes it will one more opportunity to hearing on your request to adjourn. you can also opt service of the advocate to attend the hearing. contact for clarification
