Hi I and my mother purchased a property in Bangalore. My mother is travelling to USA and she will not be here at the time of registration. I am getting a GPA from her for signing on her behalf. ? it is better get it registered the GPA with all terms and conditions mentioned in the GPA. Notary General Power of Attorney sometimes is not acceptable and to avoid future problem better to get it registered
Q: Husband wife living separately from 2 years, how to divorce and remarry ?
I have marriage before 3 years my wife living separately for past 2 years I want divorce but her family not get divorce me so what can I do ?? If I live a relationship with someone so its possible ?? How can I get divorce?? How can I do re marriage???, if wife is not staying with husband for more than 2 years , is living separately a ground for divorce ?

Hi, We brought a land in Bangalore 4 yrs back. Me and My wife is the co-owner of the property. Now, we are finding some differences and decided to remove my name from the property and to make complete ownership to my wife. Can i get some idea before i head back to India and start removing my name from the deed. Please let me know how to remove co owner name from property in india ? Q: Consequences of not attending to trademark show cause notice
Two years back I filed for Trademark Registration. Trademark Registrar objected to Register my TM. I successfully Replied to his Objection and asking a chance to hear me if not registered. Recently, TM Registrar fixed a hearing(Show Cause Hearing). My Question is; 1. What will happen if I do not attend the hearing? 2. Whether they can take any actions against me for not attending the Show cause hearing?
