Finance company present cheques of 5lk and sending legal notice

I have taken 150000 rupees from a finace company I paid dialysis basis and loan amount is clear day for this purpose I have given blonk cheque After one year they present cheques for amount 500000 rupees now they send legal notice now what I can do
May we know why you have not received the cheque back when you have settled the dues? Do you have proof for making the payment? You will have to answer the notice and defend the case if they file PCR.

First you take the receipt for having clear the loan on daily basis. After receipt of the notice you reply that notice with true facts and issuance of cheque as a security. The blank cheque was issued as per their instructions etc.,

What is the proof which you have to prove that you have cleared all the due by paying it on daily basis. Do you have any bank transactions to show or any cheque which have issued through which they taken back their amount or any bond paper etc as per law which shows about the confirmation of your clearance of due towards them means you can fight against them. Meanwhile why didn't take back your cheque from them after the clearance of due
