I am married for 9 years and my daughter is 7 year old. My husband's has been physically and mentally abusing me. My husband and I want to go for mutual divorce now. I want my daughters sole custody and I don't want my husband to have any right visiting my daughter as he might hit her. Please help : 1.Can I apply for sole custody of my child to protect her. What should I do in such, from 9 yrs of marriage till now I am earning and husband is not and he beats , abusing, harsh language for my family, upon that his elder sexuly harassing when my husband is not 1more elder brother beat me infront of my parents and telling vacate the house including my husband in that my husband's elder sister also is there.
