Q: Husband is not ready for divorce

I am fed up with my in laws and want to divorce my husband. He is currently out of India n I am staying with his parents... he says when I am back we will move out.. but i feel it will only add to the issues I have with my in laws... hence I want a divorce bit he doesn't... what can be done??

my mother in law made gift deed on my sister in law name my father in law is alive she didn't gave any idea to father in law and we are in knowledge of gift deed after her death what can my father in law will do the property on the name of mother in law but whole fund provide for property purchase by father in law

Q: Divorce case to handle situation

I had been separated from my husband for the last two years. We had jointly purchased the property and are co-owners of the house, for which I had made the 50% payment to him. He is the first owner. He and my in-laws, without informing me, had shifted to that new house, and till now they have not paid any rent or any maintenance for my 5-year-old daughter. They have all of my and my children's belongings, including jewelry, which they are not willing to provide me back.

My elder brother refuses to provide any financial support to my widowed mother from last 8 years due to family dispute & asked me and my mother to move out from his house. \nI am married & currently supporting my mother for all her financial needs but as per Hindu law, even a son is liable to provide maintenance to his mother.\nCan I get legal support in this matter ?\nWhat are the legal options available to resolve this matter ?\npls advise.
