How to register a private limited company

Hello Sir, Madam, I want to open a computer training center where I want to offer Certificate and Diploma courses related to basic computer education. My question is what are the legal registration/affiliation/recognization need to register an educational training center? I want to register as Pvt. Ltd company and also want to open branches in different areas. Like IACT, APTECH, IIJT, NIIT, RGCSM etc.
Private Limited companies are incorporated under and governed by the Companies Act, 2013. The regulatory body in this regard is the Registrar of Companies of the concerned state which functions under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Govt of India. To register a company the applicant has to go through the formalities as prescribed under the Act. The process is online and through e-filing of documents to the MCA, a company can be incorporated.Minimum 2 promoters are required to incorporate a pvt Ltd company. The cost of incorporation depends on number of factors like no of promoters, authorised capital of the company, in which state the registered office of the proposed company shall be located.
