I am an independent researcher and have been following startups in India for a long time and collecting their date. Recently I came across a startup and from their data, I got to know about serious irregularities by them. I have prepared a 57-page report with all the evidence. I want to know where can I send the report to make the maximum impact of my work on exposing the fraud of the startup
This would depend on the kind of data that has been collected. In it goes to show about the financial irregularities than you have to refer it to Economic Cell and if its is relating to incorporation or with the company then it would go to the Ministry of Corporate affairs, the best way would be to contact us and show us the information.
