Regarding builder has appealed in RERA tribunal
04-Jan-2023 (In RERA Law)
Hi, My builder has went to Rera Tribunal against RERA first order.
Let me know, is it necessary to hire professional advocate for buyer (me) or buyer can handle/presence individually without any help?
And is it need to submit any reply against builder appeal or only presence will be sufficient?
The issue is delay of possession and I am asking penalty with possession. Which I have already proof of delay.
Hello sir it's not mandatory to hire a lawyer since you are facing issue Builder buyer dispute it is always helpful that you have Lawyer who can guide/assist you right course of action if are ready to handle legal technicalities and Petitions, written submissions then you can appear yourself otherwise approach a Lawyer who will help you for the same.
in the above mentioned query, the first question's answer is that it is necessary and in your favour, if you or anyone else engage / hire a professional advocate. the advocate is a knowledgeable person about law. I understand you can defend yourself on any argument but on the law point, only advocate can defend his/her clients. second questions answer is the reply/ objection is necessary and it is the process of any kind of case/suit. if you don't want to reply/ objection, it means you accept all the pleadings that is written in the plaint.
