Can a MHADA 20% land be revoked to regular land.?Can any body buy a plot from that MHADA revoked land? I am going to buy the residential plot from that MHADA 20% revoked land. Who is authorised for revocation of MHADA land.
MHADA (Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority) land revocation typically occurs when the authority decides to take back the land due to various reasons such as:
