MHADA (Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority) land revocation typically occurs when the authority decides to take back the land due to various reasons such as: 1. Non-compliance with terms and conditions of the lease/agreement. 2. Non-payment of dues or rent. 3. Unauthorized use or development of the land. 4. Breach of contract or agreement. The process of revocation typically involves: 1. Notice period: MHADA issues a notice to the lessee/occupant, stating the reasons for revocation and providing a timeframe to rectify the issues. 2. Hearing: The lessee/occupant is given an opportunity to present their case and respond to the notice. 3. Revocation order: If the issues are not resolved, MHADA passes a revocation order, taking back the land. MHADA is authorised for revocation of MHADA Land, this is direct answer of your last question. You can buy the land revoked by MHADA, but you need to buy it from MHADA.
