Q: My AC is not working properly even after multiple repairing under repa

I BOUGHT A AC FROM LLOYD On 14 May 2020 but now my AC is not working even after multiple times repairing. My AC is not cooling properly . So can I take legal action in consumer Court and can I apply for compensation also ?.

it's upto you whether you want services for the same or you can file Consumer court ask for compensation or refund go for new A.C.As per under section 2(1) (i) of the Consumer Protection Act it comes Unfair Trade Practice so you can go consumer court for remedy.

If a builder delays delivery of possession of the property, the buyer can file a complaint against the builder to get immediate delivery of possession or get a full refund along with interest.But you need to draft a complaint in compliance with the rules.Mention the place of authority, the detail of the authority has to be mentioned at the top of the complaint.The complete name and address of the complainant and respondents has to be mentioned in the specified.You have to mention why the tribunal has the jurisdiction.complete facts of the case needs to be mentioned-

Q: How to complaint about builder taken total money but not started work

booked a flat in UP under one time payment plan of builder, and a MOU was signed between us in the January 2015 after payment of approximately Rs 16 Lakh.After then the builder did nothing for many years and lastly after many meetings he applied the project plan to concerned development authority in January 2019 only and subsequently got sanctioned and registered the project in Rera in February 2019. Now the problem is he has taken money from nearly 100 people and he applied for a single tower consisting of only 36 flats. After a lot of hue and cry he made a registered agreement of 36 people in August 2019, I was also the lucky one among 36, but the problem is after agreement he has not started any work at the land site. Yes i understand your problem since you said Builder seems defaulter you can file complaint in RERA tribunal and and go far refund with interest still if you are confused how to proceed you can approach any RERA Lawyer to deal with it.

Q: Regarding builder has appealed in RERA tribunal

Hi, My builder has went to Rera Tribunal against RERA first order.Let me know, is it necessary to hire professional advocate for buyer (me) or buyer can handle/presence individually without any help?And is it need to submit any reply against builder appeal or only presence will be sufficient? The issue is delay of possession and I am asking penalty with possession. Which I have already proof of delay.

Hello sir it's not mandatory to hire a lawyer since you are facing issue Builder buyer dispute it is always helpful that you have Lawyer who can guide/assist you right course of action if are ready to handle legal technicalities and Petitions, written submissions then you can appear yourself otherwise approach a Lawyer who will help you for the same.
