Release Deed Required During Redevelopment

Is release deed required During the Redevelopment of society in Mumbai, the nominated member has to release deed from all the legal heirs of the Flat or NOC during Redevelopment, is it a law ? Please share the section no of Maharera or MCS ACT
see if you are having a right in the property Aaja time of redevelopment your consent is required. if somebody is asking release, from your brother or sister that means they are seeking surrender of your rights, developer do not want ror fall into dispute once he starts redevelopment work, hence they ask for NOC, release deee means they are asking your rights to be waived, please consult somebody before you take step

Well, the Nominated Member has to submit either Release Deed from all other Class- I and other sort of Legal Heirs. If he cannot do that, he has to submit Will or Succession Certificate to claim Redeveloped Flat
