Rera Standard Drafting Aggreement To Sale

Respected everyone,I want to know that builder can make their own draft without advocate for aggreement to sale, and builder must adhere rera standard draft which had uploaded rera website and there are 4 partners in under construction property so all partners must present sign aggreement to sale during registration sub registar office or one patner is enough to sign aggreement to sale during registration sub registar office please answer respected attorney.
Well, the Builder can make their own draft without Advocate for Agreement to Sale, but it needs to be in consonance with the RERA Standard Draft for it uploaded on the RERA Website! Either all four partners must sign or they appoint their constituted attorney to sign on Agreement for Sale.
