Pressure From Builder To Sign A Illegal MaintenancAgreement Of A Shop

Where to file a case when the rera registered builder is pressuring to sign a maintenance agreement back dated , as per builder in the draft agreement he has handed over the mall to rwa ,the particular of rwa not disclosed, stamp paper in the name of builder, the agreement in contradiction of rera rules and policies and agreement to sell. Putting pressure to make the payments , on paper he has made rwa fictitious one,he increased maintenance 70 % in 2 years says rwa has increased. Shop is vacant. He is hiding behind a corporate vail. wants me sign backdated. Raised bill in the absence of maintenance agreement.

Don’t sign agreement with builder share the copy of agreement previously signed between you and builder share the copy of raised bill by the builder all the solution will Be provided to you have patience

First of all, try to make an excuse and convince the builder to send you a mail writing all the abovesaid things so that it can serve as a proof in your favour. Then ask him the repurcussions of not signing the said agreement or agreeing on his terms. If any thing get worse, you can also approach the local police department and the RERA court also
