I enrolled my son with Career Launcher Gurgaon center for SAT classes. They talked very high about their classes and influenced me to enroll and pay full fee in advance. After 2/3 classes my son did not find that these classes were adding any value for him. He decided to drop out. I informed the center cordinator and requested to do pro rate refund. They refused to refund siting No refund policy. I escalated matter to Center head and then to corporate office but they did not refund any money.

You can file a consumer case against the counter party for mal practise and refund first you have to send a legal notice for refund and then will file a case against the counter party and this will take 3 to 6 months
