I have completed three years of marriage and have a five months old daughter, when my daughter was just one month old that time my mother-in-law fight with my mother on moblie and started serious allegations and abuse to my family included me when my parents came to my in-laws house the fight escalated, and my mother-in-law slapped to my father and continuously fighting in a abusive language after some time we came to my paternal home. After this my husband and my in-laws don't talk with me.

Q: False 498A filed against me and my family
Me and my family are victims of 498A case filed by my brother's wife. All the allegations made by her is absolutely false and baseless. It's been almost one year 498A was filed. Ever since he got married in 2022 I only visited him once and that too for a week. Reading everything she wrote in the complaint blew my mind. I am in complete shock to believe such women exists in the society. Couple of days back I received summon to visit the court. I'd like to understand the next steps. Please help!

You have to seek regular bail frim the court and have to defend you case with all the proofs you have or the confrontation they made during the trial or for thr family you have to move application to discharge from the alligation she made

498a cases itne serious nahi hai pr isme apko phle police bail then regular bail seek krni padgi court se isme apko jail ni hogi simple case chalega usse jda kuch ni or divorce k apka apna stand hai k dena chahte ho k nahi agar dena chahte ho to uske liye condition rkh skte ho k cases vps lelo or agar nahi dena to you can file a case under section 9 of HMA Act for restituion of conjugal rights

Hi, I live in Gurugram temporary for job (more then 1 year), permanent live in Roorkee.Now, in adulatory by wife case (she is doing in Gurugram), 1. may i file divorce in Roorkee?2. i may have death threats from wife side so is there a way just after filing divorce and notifying to wife, she can be separated from me and my childrens immediately?

Income affidavit submit ho gya hai to arguments k bad sidha order pr jaayega. Han ap apne husband k sath reh skte hai usse apke case pr koi effect ni pdega han le. Agar withdraw kr lete ho to usse bhi koi issue ni hai agar apka settlement succesful no hoga to you can again file both the cases
