What is the procedure to file order execution in rera? can I file it online through up rera website?
Hi yes, you can file the application online or through an advocate. An application will be filed in accordance to the RERA provision. after filing of the application, the authority will issue notice to the builder and the proceedings will proceed. please contact for detailed assistance

however its better than after filing you take services of an Advocate so that he can pursue with RERA and DM/collector to get it asap.
It also depends upon the builder as they will try to contact you for settlement now.

yes you can file order execution through online on official website of u.p. RERA. simultaneously need to file application in hard file along with receipt of payment made to builders. For filling online application OTP is must so please keep your registered mobile with you at the time of filing application.
