Q: What are the laws that govern online lottery in India?
I want to create a website where individual can purchase a lottery ticket for 2 rupees and one individual can purchase only one ticket in a day 80% of all the money will be given to any 4 random participants. But i recently found out that online lottery is illegal in India.I want to ask that, is there any way or any modifications that can be done here to make it legal ?
