The daughters have all the right on Ancestral Property. You should file a partition suit before senior civil judge, Kurnool and ask for partition of properties into equal shares between sons and daughters.

IT IS CLEARLY ADUMBRATED IN HINDU SUCCESSION THAT DAUGHTERS ARE HAVING EQUAL RIGHTS WITH SONS IN THE PROPERTY, IF SON TAKEN ALL PROPERTY WITHOUT SHARING TO DAUGHTERS, THE DAUGHTERS ARE NOT HELPLESS, BUT THEY CAN AS WELL CONTACT ANY ADVOCATE FOR LEGAL ADVICE ON FULL FACTS OF THE CASE, THEN, GET ISSUE A LEGAL NOTICE TO PERSONS WHO REFUSED AND DENIED SHARE IN THE PROPERTY, SUBSEQUENTLY, FILE A SUIT FOR PARTITION IN CIVIL COURT FOR PRELIMINARY DECREE FOR PARTITION OF SCHEDULE PROPERTY AND ALLOT SHARE ENTITLED TO PLAINTIFFS AND ALSO FOR MESNE PROFITS WITH INTERIM PRAYER NOT TO ALIENATE THE PROPERTY PENDING THE SUIT.

You can file a Partition Suit against him by mentioning the family tree so that all the family members will get their shares in the property. Definitely your father in law or his son has not right to share the property according to their will in the event of there is any will executed by him. So the property to be partitioned to all the legal heirs.
