Q: Suicide harrassment threat by brother

My brother and his wife married one year ago. There was some small misunderstandings between my parents and my brother. Now he is harassing us that he will commit suicide and will make us responsible. Please help me out

For the harassment of suicide by your brother it is the only option to made an application before the concerned Revenue Divisional Officer along with your parents and seek a "bind over" on your brother. Then in the event of he attempts for suicide you are all safe side

Q: Purchased land in an anaparthi which is beside of the lake what to do

I had purchased a land in an anaparthi which is beside of the lake and I know that half of my land belongs to government land and can u please tell me solution for it

There are only two options first one is to file a criminal case under cheating against the Vendor i.e. who sold you the land or to make an application to the MRO / Government requesting to regularize the land since you were cheated

I am fed up harassment of debtors..is there any legal way to deal or legal doc stating that I should be more time.Or is there anything like Bankruptcy in India

Yes there is an opportunity to you to file an Insolvency Petition against your Creditors in the event of your unable to pay the debts. You can contact a lawyer and file an Insolvency Petition. You approach an advocate and file an insolvency petition and get rid of from your creditors.

Q: more than 8 motnhs not getting mutual divorce

in my 5 n half yrs marriage i have 1 child of 2 yrs my wife was haveing afair from 4 n half yr i caught her she ram away from my house and threathened me to will put me in jail in domestic voilence n dowry ,from 1 month half she was saying me she will do mutual divorce n dont want any money only my child , so i said okey , but whenever i am asking abt mutual divorce she is saying tommorow i will visit laywer, i said i will prepare the petition u just come to court ,she is not accepting that , i m total confuse wht she want, as we r seprated from 8 n half months can i file contested divorce , some where i read i should wait for 1 yr is it true ?please advice me correct update 2018 october law information regarding contested divorce

If you caught her openly and you have evidence, you can file a case against her under Adultery and you can file a criminal case under Adultery and obtain divorce. It is better to consult a lawyer and take his advice.

Q: Cancellation of Sale Agreement

Sir i had signed a Sale Agreement of Rs. 50 Stamp paper on Feb. 2019 of my dda flat allotted ews category. The deal is final of Rs. 3 Lac of premium of this flat. I received Rs. 1.5 Lac as advance and rest on the possession. The flat cost will be paid by buyer on November 2019, this is the last date of payment. Now i am facing the problem that my family members does not agree to sell the flat. i am mentally depressed. I want to cancel this agreement. please guide me how to cancel this. one more thing that last column in the agreement written that this Agreement of Sell and Purchase is irrevocable. Please guide me how to cancel this agreement. I am not able to sell this flat because i have very much family pressure.

If it your own property you need not fear and it is your will to sell to anybody. If really your neighbour relative are interested to purchase the property you can sell the same according to your wish as per sale consideration. If they object, you can approach the Court of Law to sell your property. They have no right to object.
