My neighbour who is residing front has installed a roofing sheet of 4 ft on the road and we have electricity lines on other side of road, already they have been constructed 4 houses with no parking space so the residence are parking fully in one side of the road, now after installing this sheet they will be parking vehicles under sheet for shelter so the sheet will be problem for us during both summer and rainy season and we may not able to bring materials for construction purpose also in future and Previously they have taken septic tank on road, due to that we didn't get metrowater Line, so due to this sheet we may miss some facilities the future. We have given 2 complaint to the municipality they are telling again to give another complaint but they are not taking any right action. So can someone tell sir how can I proceed further.
