I am purchase land in 5 year ago but land registery in 1month ago but i am not know in 'warisnama' and my land is registry main landlord is expired and he have 3sons but registry paper sign in elder son and i apply to mutation in my land but lawer give the WARIS NAMA And i have no warisnama so kindly suggest without warisnama my land mutation or not

you need legal heirship certificate through which legal chain can be described who was the owner and how to whom it is transferred it shows succession of legal heirs if it is not there then you can apply for the certificate
