file the suit for cancellation of sale deed in the civil court and there is no limitation to mutate the sale deed after its execution and registration because the Mutation does not clear your property title and and file injunction injunction suit before tehsildar also

If you want to contest the entry of the mutation, you can go to court within 30 days after the order or the mutation.
