Cancellation of mutation with registry

My father has three child . 2 sons and 1 daughter(me). After father suddenly death my both brother surrender my 1/4 hissa on their name with mutation with registry in 2007 . Now my both brother have 3/4 part and my mother have 1/4. How can I take my property back . Pls help me

First of all you told me, that when your brother get 3/4 share at that time you signed any paper in respect of NOC. Is they taking NOC from your part. If he does not taken NOC from your side then you can claim your share to file a civil suit before civil judge senior division. i.e, suit for declaration.
