Khata transfer to my name based on release dee done by thr court.

Sir, my dad had purchased property 5.08 gunta..he expired after which khata was transferred to my mother..she did that release deed in my name in the court...based on that i applied for khata in my name, which is rejected bcoz it has to be registered..ow my mother is not willing to come for register bcoz she wants to giv for other daughters...wt i can do on dis...to get khata in my name

The release deed done in court should be regd. with Sub registrar office so that you will have full right on property only then the Katha can be transferred to your name.

Already she gave release deed in the court. So that means she can’t give again and again without cancellation of release deed. Already you have that deed can be challenge before the court further details contact me.

You can object that by way challenge the before court once already gave a release deed, she changed her mind at any time should need challenge before court further any details contact me thank you . Release deed already you have but it’s not registered no issue you can get best relief to that. You have rights to object transfer to another daughter.

if it is your father's self earned property and if he has died intestate then you can file partition case by making your mother as a party. Let me know when your father died and when your sisters got married. Please call and contact

You dnt have to seek your mother's permission to get right in that property. If the property is your father's ancestral or self aquired and if he has died intestate then file suit of partition and injunction ( to not to sale until closure of case)at civil court and get your share that's all
