Is building a 3rd floor illegal in Delhi ?

Facts:- 1. DDA Duplex Flat(1st and 2nd floor with roof) 2. DDA did it freehold and charged for it 3. We purchased it and did registers and paid stamp duty 4. We constructed 3rd floor which is within 48 feet. 5. Right now we are living there 6. Now MCD JE came and told for booking of 3rd floor. Opinion required 1. Is it third floor unauthorized construction? if yes than please tell under which law. 2. If yes is it there any legal way to regularize this. 3. After booking will we able to live in 3rd floor. 4. what is the next step after booking
MCD will have to approve the site plan and layout and only then your third floor will be legal otherwise MCD also has power to order demolision against the third floor and which case you will have to file a suitnof injunction
