Legality surrounding portacabins on terrace

I want to install a portacabin structure of size 10x12 ft along with additional kitchen and bathroom on my terrace, which is situated at the third floor. I already have the roof right. Could this invite legal trouble?

Yes this could apply legal trouble bcoz u can’t do any illegal attachment to the property on terrace ….u need to take permission from municipal for the same …if any body complaints this could lead to legal actions ..b in touch

In residential plots with a minimum size of 200 sqm or more, porta cabins can be built within the plot lines. Entrance porches, canopies and balcony. All pergolas not exceeding 20 % of the ground coverage at any level.
