Who is responsible for illegal construction?
Stopping unauthorised construction is the responsibility of the Municipal Corporation notified. You can send a letter to the Municipal Corporation concerned if you want them to stop the unauthorised construction.
How can I check unauthorized construction in Delhi?
Open the MCD website.
On the homepage, click on the Department tab.
Click Engineering Department.
Search for Unauthorised Construction New.
you will need to do the following things: (1) make a complaint to the DDA stating that illegal construction is being done by giving all the details of the place where the illegal construction is taking place. attached all the photos. (2) cc the said complaint to the local corporation asking them to demolish the illegal construction (3) if no action is taken, move the court praying for directions on the concerned authority to take appropriate action.

File a complaint against illegal construction to the MCD and DDA and both the Public authorities do not take any action then you can file a Writ Petition against illegal construction. High court will pass the order then
