Dear sir, We have a house in west delhi on my mother name. Along with our family, our uncle family (cacha) is residing with us on first floor from last 35 years and we are resding on ground floor. Now we are paying to our uncle to leave the house on the basis mutual settlement. so, we wanted to ask you that what kind of settlement deed paper can be made with his family signature so nobody from there family can stand up in future and ask of more money/property share and

Hi, you can ask for a relinquishment deed. Relinquishment deed is something where a person can relinquish his right in any property in favour of other person. Once it is signed by any person, he can not claim what he has relinquished.

You can file a partition suit before the court and claim your share in ancestral property. If value of property is more than 2 crores than case will be filed in High Court and not district court. Partition suit is the best option

police Mein complaint Agar ke bavjud police Koi action Nahin Leti Hai to advocate se contact Karen aur Ek application 156 (3) mein file Karen magistrate Ke Samne Court ke pass power hai Woh FIR registration ke liye order kar sakte hain

you have to be more specific about the case details. If this is a regular Bail in one matter then you cannot file anticipatory bail in the same case but if you are in jail in one matter you can always anticipatory bail in another matter while you are in jail
