Hello, I have perused your query.
Disowning a son is not recognised per se by the Indian legal system.
However, you have an option of disowning him by virtue of executing a will in regard to all the undivided self acquired estate.

For disowning your son and daughter you need to float a declaration to that effect in the local newspaper stating that you are disowning your son and daughter in law.
Further, My advise for you is to take the help of senior citizens act,2007 through which you can disown your children and even can get the order of eviction of the son and daughter in law from the property self owned by you.

Hello Sir,
Is that property self-owned or ancestral? In the case of self-owned, you can disown or take an injunction decree from the court. The Court order will stop entering others into the property as well.

Parents cannot disown their minor children. The Indian Majority Act of 1875 allows them to disown a minor child and no longer maintain him/her. They are responsible for maintaining minor children until they reach adulthood.
