You may approach to your lawyer for one time settlement. Its possible so go forward inplace of giving regular maintanence you can approach to court for one time settlement. If you need orally information then you may call 6-00 pm

Disown whom ? your wife or daughter. If you have given divorce to your wife then there is no question of owning her. If you have given 1crore maintenance amount as a one time settlement which is not disputed by them then then there is no necessity to own her unless you have asked any visiting rights from the court for her or if you dont want to meet her that's your wish. If you have not aid maintenance or alimony or if she has not claimed that then also automatically your rights gets discharged. About whose owning you are talking about

Hello,
-You would have signed an agreement with your ex wife in regard to the maintenance to both her and your daughter before obtaining divorce. There should have been a clause included in that agreement with respect to the relinquishment of property rights from your daughter.
-Now you can get a relinquishment deed registered and include a clause in that saying in the matrimonial case I have given maintenance amount to by daughter and attach even that agreement among with the relinquishment deed.
- But since your daughter is minor your ex wife should get court permission to enter into this deed saying she 's doing so in the interest of the minor. If not you should wait till get stains majority.
