Hello,
For the query you posted, I would suggest the following:

You can't directly be implicated in any wrongful acts done by your son unless it is proven before the court of law that you were involved in the same.
You disowning the son would cease all his rights in your property except In ancestral.

I hope that answers your query.

Civil liabilities still exists except criminal liabilities because as per your question your have not following the disown your son due process of law otherwise your son may not be reside with you under the same premises without any court orders. If you want to escape the all liabilities towards the criminal acts done by your son you have to file proper legal proceedings before the competent court of law.

Hello, if anyone involved in crime and someone supporting him, involved in same crime, is equally offensive.
Unknowingly supporting, can save your life. But its better to take legal action immediately to save your family.
