Venerated Questioner,
As you stated in your query that B and C transferred some property to you via gift deed in 1985 and later on, C transferred whole property through registered gift deed to you on 2014. Now the present situation is that you want to registered that property in your name which has been transferred via registered gift deed. As per the law you have right to file a Civil suit on the basis of registered gift deed and seeks relief before the appropriate court regarding your share in your property. You can also file mutation before Circle office to issue mutation certificate in your name on the basis of registered gift deed. Give me your valuable feedback and feel free to call me.
